Photo shoots will be delivered the next business day ny 5pm only if RTM (ready to moderate) is submitted before 10pm the day before delivery is required. Payment for photo shoot will be delivered the following week that RTM is submitted. Copyrights of photos are transferred to the purchaser agreement upon delivery of photos. STMre photographers will have rights to use as portfolio work only. If sellers contact photographer for copies of photos,  photographer is not allowed to share photos. Seller must contact owner (agent) for copies of photos. Raw files will be deleted after 1 year of delivery. All photos must be uploaded into correct Dropbox folder before this form is submitted.
